The French Embassy together with the Argentine Film Foundation and Haciendo Cine Magazine has organized this contest for young artists under 30 years of age. Contestants must be from Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay. Short films must be original and unpublished and be related to the theme proposed by the contest.The first prize winner will travel to France –all costs and expenses included- to present his short film at the Toulouse Festival.
